Where shall I start. I've been residing at Avion apartments for approximately 5 plus years. I've seen my share of office staff come and go. Moving on to better pastures in their lives. However, I've yet to have experience any negativity towards myself since I've been staying there. The staff are sensationally amazing, respectful, courteous, loyal towards me the tenant. When ever there's a problematic situation inside the apartment, I go through the proper channels having a work order placed and sometimes within minutes or before the day ends, it's taken care of. Casing point. I needed my washing machine looked at because it wouldn't run upon turning it on. I simply said something to one of the staff members and an order was placed and it was taken care of immediately. I've learned, when you're respectful towards staff, it's reciprocated back to you. When I see the staff out of curtesy, I'll speak and they in turn respond appropriately. Avion apartments are great in all the areas I actually frequent. 1. The gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 2. Inside the office 3. walking around the apartment 4. Resting by the mailboxes 📬 5. wiping my car down in the parking lot. 6. Going to the swimming pool when it's open just to ponder with my thoughts on the lounge chairs 💺 is a wonderful experience. I feel I'm in the best place in all Las Vegas NV. I'm in Sunrise mountain I'm able to walk to the mountains and or 7-11, Walmart, Albertsons grocery store. Anytime Fitness gym, Wow carwash, that's minutes up the street. Postnet, Taco bell, McDonald's pizza 🍕 place. A lot of apartments doesn't have this type of access and amenities. This is the absolute best place for me to be. Hands down. Your environment is what you make it to be. You'll never be able to satisfy everyone. Thank you Avion apartment Staff & Maintenance Dept. Stanley H. Really this is fantastic to have access to stand in front of the office and see the whole strip. The views are spectacular beyond one's own imagination. The medley of music that whispers in the trees 🌳 The echoes you hear of the bugs 🐛 and the birds 🐦 you hear chirping is quite refreshing and totally relaxing. Speaking of the ambiance of the office personnel is immaculate. They are polished and respectful and they aim for excellence on the property and they maintain cleanliness around the property. They've undergone a transformation of the office and they're getting the lounging area prestige so we all can use it for our own entertainment and enjoyment. Workout question Avion is too tier for me because it's where I reside. I'll never degrade where I'm residing because it's home. The office staff have their perspective homes they go to after their long day in the office and maintenance maintaining a multiple of task giving to them around the complex. We're all human and all should be respected at all times. Yes it's a job but it's also their second home 🏡 spending quality time with us tenants when they are there. You see avion is the absolute greatest when it comes to service. Humans are subject to error no one is perfect by these group of staff goes up and beyond the call of duty to attempt to keep a smile on everyone's faces. Ultimate satisfaction isn't always appreciated by some tenants, when in essence it should be. I'm greatful for where I live and call home.

My family and I have been here a little over a month. We are happy with the place . We like how the staff was very nice and on top of things I have needed a few repairs and maintenance has come out same day that request was submitted. So that’s a plus. On the other hand we are not happy with the pool hours specially since it’s summer and kids are out of school.My husband and I also work full time and by the time we are off work office is close so that mean the pool is also close:. Pretty much we are only able to use the pool on Saturdays since the pool is only open during office hours . We still question why we got a key to the pool if we won’t be using it.

Property looks extremely attractive and well maintained on the outside. And same on the inside. My unit is much better than anything else I viewed in the area.... View of a mountain out my bedroom window nice. Also i've only seen perrty spanish chicks in there office so that's nice. Lol

I moved in on Dec.1 2022. There were several issues i complained to leasing office and most have been resolved. Thank you Ana for your help. New paint. New security. Good maintenance.. problem tenants are gone. It does get noisey with kids...and pool has been closed. Still nothing that bad for this area. Depends on individual contacts .

I discovered the issue and corrected it myself notified the office and then placed a different work order and 2 days later the maintenance worker called me about the issue that was already resolved. I gave permission to enter, The maintenance guy said that he came to fill the prior work order but I was not home. I told him that I had resolved that work order number and canceled it and that I had already given maintenance the permission to enter. The second work order was for the garbage disposal.

This is a great place to live, although a lot of kids be banging on people doors. What can you say, kids will be kids, especially if they don’t have good role models. Rent is fair compared to other places in Las Vegas. If you have a poor credit score, they will work with you as long as you have sufficient income (3x rent).Maintenance and office workers are great! Definitely would recommend to others.

Management treated me well. Neighbors were friendly. Biggest issue was the neighborhood, had several concerning events occur in the immediate vicinity/grounds of the apartment complex. Me and my husband just move last month to the appartment. So far so good 👍 nice quite place. I love the view that I have and management it's great! Great neighbors and I usually put an maintenance order and they get it done right away. The only thing it's the people that do t live here and come across the hill just to come to the pool and sometimes sketchy people around the place looking around. I do wish I can see security for often because I live right next to the office.

My partner and I decided to move to Vegas from Michigan and while moving is incredibly difficult, Nadine made moving in as smooth as possible. every rental place needs a Nadine, no joke. She made sure we were ready to move into our apartment the day we arrived in Vegas. The apartment itself is also really livable! An inunit washer and dryer was a must for us, and we got one that works great and isn’t too noisy. Very few problems we’ve had since moving into Avion. Our screen door on the balcony fell off our first night and Nadine had someone out to fix it the next day. The only thing that could make this better, is if the pool were open- but Nadine said soon!

Avion is not too boujie, but not too ghetto. I just wish the neighborhood was better down the hill. The 1st year of rent was reasonable. I have mostly positive things to say about the staff. Neighbors were generally okay. Apartment was spacious and maintained. Just be weary of leaving valuables in the open of your car at night, there are thieves from down the hill that sometimes try to scout out the area but security usually scares them off. Other than that, you should have no problems.

Any negative comment about Avion that I’ve seen is bewildering to me... almost every person in the leasing office that’s helped my boyfriend and I with the move in process were complete angels!! As a first time renter and making a big move from California to NV there were many aspects of moving that scared me but they made it such an easy process and I thank them for that.. our apartment is absolutely stunning! We’ve only been here a week but I’ve personally not seen any flaws/issue with it & I’m genuinely happy overall! the best part about our new home is how friendly the majority of our neighbors are. I have lived here for over a year now, I feel safe here thanks to our amazing apartment manager Marshall. He is very helpful with any issues his residents have. I have some great neighbors here that have become like family to me. The complex is well maintained and the dog park is nice if you have fur babies. The apartments are spacious. My only wish is that we had an actual place for the kids to play instead of just monkey bars.

Management is superb at this apartment complex! The manager, Marshall is kind, helpful and will work out any lease deals needed, especially during the COVID-19 ordeal. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a great problem-solver! Maintenance is friendly and always responds quickly if there is any issue. The units are spacious and well-insulated (no noise from friendly neighbors). The complex itself is quiet and safe. The apartment complex is situated on the NE side of Las Vegas so it's very convenient for military to both Nellis AFB (10 mins away) and the VA Hospital (there's also a shuttle to the clinic on base). Albertsons, Supercuts, CVS, and Walmart Grocery are a few walking blocks away. Great view of Las Vegas from the elevated heights of Avion at Sunrise Mountain! This is truly a special place to call home.

I love these apartments! Don't know why there are so many negative reviews me and my family have been living here for about two years now and in the summer time we all go night swimming in the pool and not once have I seen any bugs inside. And I always see the maintenance guys fixing everything around here. Only thing I don't understand is why they only allow a 2 pet limit I have a very strong passion for animals and always wanted another dog unfortunately that can't happen. But besides that best apartments I've lived in!

We have lived here for about 3 weeks, its been so nice and quiet. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The only inconveinence is that theres not many uncovered parking spots where we are and now someone is taking up 2 uncovered spots with their pods storage container.

I really LOVED this apartment. Great management. Clean and 24/7 access to the gym. It's not on the best side of town. BUT--- Its perfectly placed on the edge of the neighborhood. And a HUGE PERK was the fact the fighter jets are outside flying around and you can sit on your patio and watch them practice. A great Dog park is around the corner and you can jump in your car and take a great drive through the desert and loop around to Henderson.

I reported a problem with my heating and about 10 MINUTES later John and Marlo (two of the maintenance staff) were knocking on my door! Amazing! They are so friendly, professional and show that they really know what they're doing! Minutes later Hiram and Richie (also maintenance) showed up to help. I moved in to Avion 4 months ago and the office and maintenance staff here FAR outweigh any other complex I have ever lived in. Marshall, the Property Manager, and the office staff are soooo nice and the maintenance crew is incredible. There are always small issues when you first move in to an apartment and they have never made me feel like I was 'pestering' them unlike other complexes when you report an issue. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet complex to move to.

Before I go into my amazing experience, I want to clear up a few things: 1. Anyone who is from Las Vegas, is aware that we are right next to the Air Force Base and LVPD Gun Range. That is where the OCCASIONAL sounds come from but they are not distracting at all. Especially since we are a 24/7 city! 2. The rent rate always stays they same, when you first sign your lease you are informed of CAM fees you pay which vary due to amount of tenants living in area, basically that covers your trash, water and maintenance fees. You pay these fees also to handle any pest control or concerns you have and the staff gets your work orders done ASAP. 3. There are no bugs, if you see a bug and inform staff, office staff is all over it and has pest control out immediately. Also, it pays for the security systems we have in our apartments. If a tenant has failed to say they would like to set up the alarm system, that is not a staff problem, that is a lack of attention of the tenant problem. A lot of these reviews would be fixed, if people listened when they were signing their lease. Okay now read my amazing experience I've recently had: Melissa is so sweet and willing to see what she can do to help and she makes it happen. Marshall is phenomenal, he actually cares. Which in my experience is very rare when it comes to multi-family housing. Marshall has made a great improvement to the property and is always asking for feedback. He makes tenants feel valued and that our opinions matter. There are so many examples of all of this but the most recent is, I transferred over apartments and I wasn't so happy with the flooring and I came to Marshall to let him know he had my flooring replaced the next day, no questions asked. He has been in constant contact with me to make sure I am happy along with Melissa. Overall, Marshall, Melissa and maintenance staff deserve something for their outstanding attitudes and willingness to help, rather than just be comfortable and do the bare minimum. You guys need to be rewarded for your great work!

I lived in the community for 3 years. It was my first apartment and the staff helped to create an environment I always felt safe in. I loved the size of the apartment, the response time of maintenance crews, and the pools. When my washing machine broke, they bought a brand new one and had it installed in less than a week.

I've lived in these apartments for a year and have been happy. It's relatively quiet, close to my gym, gas and groceries, the apartment itself is nice for the price, the people in the front office have always been helpful, you can get pest control once a week free of charge and I haven't seen a single bug in my apartment. The only real issue I've had is people like to park in my parking spot that I pay for, but I just leave them a note saying I'll have their car towed if they do it again and I never see the same car twice lol. Other than that I've been very satisfied living here and I recommend it if you're looking for a reasonable living accommodation in Las Vegas.

Nice apartments nice area although its kind of high for a vegas apartment, and rent is different amounts monthly because of the added utilities, nice quiet area, there's really no place for kids to play but they have a dog park(😑go figure) but they do get bussed to school, there's stores near by that you can walk to(I do all the time) nice place to stay until your lease is up (honestly)

Great place to live, security-patrolled and quiet. You get a bit of jet noise from Air Force flyovers and the occasional pop of gunfire from the base weapons range, but the Sahara Express A Branch bus runs right in front of it so it's easy to get anywhere. The office is manned seven days a week and the facilities are very nice. There are also two pools and a weight room.
