Living at Avion Apartments has been a really smooth and positive experience for me. I worked with Jocelyn and two other wonderful ladies in the leasing office, and they truly made the entire process super quick and seamless. Even though my credit situation wasn't the best, they went above and beyond to help me get everything approved and finalized. They were super friendly, kind, and just all-around amazing to work with. After I moved in, I noticed the carpet had some wear and tear, and Jocelyn again stepped up, handled it professionally, and got it all sorted out quickly. Honestly, this community is just a peaceful and friendly place to live, and the staff is top-notch. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great place to call home.

The maintenance staff—Carlos, Jose, and Alexis— also deserve high praise. They are dependable, respectful, and consistently perform quality work. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, and I always feel comfortable with them entering my home. They take pride in their work and handle requests quickly and effectively.
