I had an amazing experience working with Joseline! From start to finish, she made the entire leasing process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. She was professional, friendly, responsive, and answered all of my questions every step of the way. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. Joseline went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled promptly, making this one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her residents and makes the process seamless, I highly recommend asking for Joseline. Five stars all the way—thank you for making my move such a great experience!

Great place and manager is amazing!

Easy move in process. Jocelyn was the best. Very personable and knowledgeable… always has a smile on her face! After searching several communities she stood out amongst the other agents. The rest were dull and hardly knew anything about the complex. Because of her I chose this complex. Give that lady a raise and vacations hours! The apt is nice and cozy. Love the vaulted ceiling!

Joseline, one of the best office personnel she helped me to get a great deal she has a great personality besides the deal that we got the reason we ended getting this apartment at this community over the other apartment communities is because of her great personality so she is the reason why we chose Avion And the manager ( Oneida ) at this apartment community was very supportive and understanding our circumstances. Overall great welcoming Thank you Finally a place we can call home.

Joseline is the best she is very nice we are new here and just moved in and she been helping us a lot, Thank you Joseline and Thank you Oneida for everything and making us feel welcome and your support 🙏☺️

Carlos did a great job helping to replace our washer and dryer. We really appreciate him, and the whole staff is excellent.
