I donât leave reviews very often, but this one was easy.
I actually toured this property back in January. Life took me in a different direction for a bit and months later I found myself right back here. Looking back, I probably shouldâve moved here in the first place.
The biggest reason I came back was Jocelyn.
Apartment hunting can be exhausting, and after touring so many places, people start blending together. Jocelyn didnât. From day one she was patient, honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and just⦠human. She never made me feel like I was being sold something. She answered every question, showed me multiple apartments without making me feel rushed, and was upfront about everything..from pricing to community rules. I never felt like there were any surprises, and I really appreciated that.
Sayla was also wonderful every time I spoke with her. Every interaction I had with the office made me feel like they genuinely cared instead of just trying to fill a vacancy.
I also think this area deserves more love than it gets. People are quick to judge this side of town, but Iâve already found so many things I love about it. Everything I need is nearby Albertsons, CVS, restaurants, gas stations, a car wash and it has so much character. Great food, culture, and real people. Itâs also a convenient location if youâre heading toward Lake Mead or Hoover Dam.
Iâve only been here about a week, but itâs been peaceful. My neighbors keep to themselves, the property has been quiet, and my apt already feels like home.
More than anything, I just want to thank Jocelyn. She probably doesnât realize how much her kindness meant during a really stressful time in my life. Sometimes itâs not the apartment that makes you choose a place..itâs the way someone makes you feel when youâre trying to find a home.
Iâm really happy I found my way back here
