Fabulous community and in a wonderful location!

I was skeptical at first with the "first month rent free" deal wondering what the catch was since my last apartment had a similar deal and gave me a roach infested nasty humid apartment with no ac...so I didn't get too excited when they told us about the first month being rent free. Turns out the catch was they just wanted us to move in soon lol there's absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment itself. It's absolutely gorgeous. Every crack and corner is spotless even underneath the oven is clean! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere no roaches whatsoever. I couldn't believe it! I'm very pleased with my new place and the best part is I get the whole month of May rent free so this really helps with making the whole moving process easier.
