Great place to live, security-patrolled and quiet. You get a bit of jet noise from Air Force flyovers and the occasional pop of gunfire from the base weapons range, but the Sahara Express A Branch bus runs right in front of it so it's easy to get anywhere.
The office is manned seven days a week and the facilities are very nice. There are also two pools and a weight room.
