Before I go into my amazing experience, I want to clear up a few things:
1. Anyone who is from Las Vegas, is aware that we are right next to the Air Force Base and LVPD Gun Range. That is where the OCCASIONAL sounds come from but they are not distracting at all. Especially since we are a 24/7 city!
2. The rent rate always stays they same, when you first sign your lease you are informed of CAM fees you pay which vary due to amount of tenants living in area, basically that covers your trash, water and maintenance fees. You pay these fees also to handle any pest control or concerns you have and the staff gets your work orders done ASAP.
3. There are no bugs, if you see a bug and inform staff, office staff is all over it and has pest control out immediately.
Also, it pays for the security systems we have in our apartments. If a tenant has failed to say they would like to set up the alarm system, that is not a staff problem, that is a lack of attention of the tenant problem.
A lot of these reviews would be fixed, if people listened when they were signing their lease.
Okay now read my amazing experience I've recently had:
Melissa is so sweet and willing to see what she can do to help and she makes it happen. Marshall is phenomenal, he actually cares. Which in my experience is very rare when it comes to multi-family housing. Marshall has made a great improvement to the property and is always asking for feedback. He makes tenants feel valued and that our opinions matter. There are so many examples of all of this but the most recent is, I transferred over apartments and I wasn't so happy with the flooring and I came to Marshall to let him know he had my flooring replaced the next day, no questions asked. He has been in constant contact with me to make sure I am happy along with Melissa.
Overall, Marshall, Melissa and maintenance staff deserve something for their outstanding attitudes and willingness to help, rather than just be comfortable and do the bare minimum.
You guys need to be rewarded for your great work!
